EZ Dough for Medium Pizza Crust


- 4 grams (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
- 6 grams (1 teaspoon) sugar
- 100 grams (3.5 fluid ounces or 7 tablespoons) warm water (~90-100 degrees F)*

Let sit until foaming.

Once foaming, add;

- 160 grams (1 cup) bread flour
- 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 13 grams (1 tablespoon) olive oil

Mix into dough.
Knead for 3-5 minutes.
Let rise 30 minutes or till double in size.
Roll or Press by hand into flat circle of desired size.
Allow to rise until desired thickness.
Bake dough in ~400F oven for about 3 minutes until slightly cooked, not browned.
Pull from oven, add toppings.
Bake pizza ~400F until done.

*warm water will help yeast come to life faster, but dont heat too much or it will kill the yeast over 115F or so. If in doubt, use room temperature to be safe.
